Our footies have a double zipper from the top and bottom which makes for easy diaper changes. The bottoms have foot grips. Sizes 0-3, 3-6 and 6-12 have the option of fold over hand covers.
Our footies are 95% Organic Cotton and 5% Spandex. We have matching head bands for this footie.
*These organic cotton ribbed zipper footies fit big in my opinion. My youngest (at age 8 months, who is small for her age, though) wears a size 3-6 months in this footie*
